After having received requests and feedback from the ASA Community, we are excited to introduce one-on-one and small group training with the ASA Directors of Coaching.  Players and groups can focus on their own unique, specific areas of soccer development during their session.  

Training will focus on:

• 1v1 competition
• Creativity
• In possession training
• Out-of-possession training
• Reactive speed and quick decisions
• Various other technical skills and concepts

Training will be held on Sundays at the South Elementary School gym. Rates are per 1 hour session: 

• 1on1 training: $85
• 2 players: $75 per player/$150 per group 
• 3 players:  $60 per player/$180 per group
• 4 players: $50 per player/$200 per group
• 5 players: $40 per player/$200 per group

*Groups with 2 or more will register as one group.  All the players in a group are not required to be in the same grade.  

Training is available on Sundays from 9am-1pm beginning November 10th and running through December 8th.

REFUND POLICY: A refund can be issued until the Thursday before the training session.

Join the Winter 2024 ASA Development Academy, run by the ASA Directors of Coaching.  Each session runs for 6 weeks with one-hour long sessions held Monday Nights on the indoor turf at Prime Athletic Club.  This program is open to players currently in 1st through 8th grade. There will be three 6-week sessions throughout the winter.

Training will focus on:

• Positional focus
• In possession training
• Out-of-possession training
• Finishing
• Various other technical skills and concepts

Groups are coed and space is limited to 40 players per age group.    Register for the full six weeks, or a few drop-in days. The cost for the six week session is $125, and each drop-in day is $30 per day.  The dates for Session  2 are:  1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3 and 2/10.  

TIMES

Grade 6-8: 4:30-5:30.

Grades 1-3: 5:45-6:45

Grades 4 & 5: 7:00-8:00.

REFUND POLICY: A refund can be issued for the full session until 1/4/25.  There are no refunds for drop-in days.  

Prime Athletic Club is located at 400 Osgood St, North Andover (the former site of HGR).

Futsal in New England has experienced a tremendous growth during the past few years! Futsal has finally been recognized as the sport that best fosters the development of soccer players at a very fast pace.  Andover Recreation, Andover Youth Services and the Andover Soccer Association are teaming up to offer this fast paced, fastest growing sport in the Town of Andover. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to sharpen your skills this off season without having to travel out of town!

• Divisions to host both boys’ and girls’ teams
• Grades 1 & 2, Grades 3 & 4, Grades 5 & 6, Grades 7 & 8
• Grades 1 & 2 will be Skills for first 24 minutes and then play scrimmage for 24 minutes
• Grades 1-4 Register as an Individual
• Grades 5-8 Register as a Team or as a Free Agent and to be placed on a Team
• Coaches who register a full team will be sent a link to send to their players for individual registration and make payment

Please note program is 8 weeks and does not meet on 2/16 or 2/23.

Exact schedule to be announced once final number of teams is known.  The draft schedule is below, but is subject to change:

Grades 1 & 2 – 8 am – 10 am

Grades 3 & 4  - 10 am – 12 noon

Grades 5 & 6 – 12 noon – 2 pm

Grades 7 & 8 – 2 pm – 4 pm
